We believe your dining experience should be about more than just food and people. Since opening in 1977, we have featured the work of a different artist every 6-8 weeks and done our best to support local artisans and photographers. We believe that supporting the arts is supporting the quality of life in our community. All works of art are available for purchase.

Megan Curiel Daly is a pastel and mixed-media artist with roots in Colorado, New Orleans, and San Antonio. With an interest in capturing the feeling of a moment, she uses atmosphere, color, and movement to echo what is sensed more than seen. Through this lens, she creates immersive scenes that feel both personal and timeless.
Her first solo exhibition, Seen, brings these elements together in a collection of dreamlike landscapes and emotive figures that explore the ways place and memory shape our experience.
Megan currently works full-time for the Lawton Family of Restaurants. Join us to celebrate the opening of her show with a festive reception at Cappy’s on Monday, December 8, 3:30–5pm. Her work will be on display through February 1.
