ART GALLERY

We believe your dining experience should be about more than just food and people. Since opening in 1977, we have featured the work of a different artist every 6-8 weeks and done our best to support local artisans and photographers.  We believe that supporting the arts is supporting the quality of life in our community.  All works of art are available for purchase.

Threads of Blessing
June 16, 2025 - July 28, 2025

Threads of Blessing is an international mission program based in San Antonio, Texas, dedicated to empowering women in low-income countries—currently focusing on Uganda—through needlework training. These workshops help women develop skills to create embroideries that celebrate and record their cultural heritage, while also fostering community, confidence, and personal growth.

Today, Threads of Blessing supports more than 850 women in Uganda. Their vibrant embroidered artworks are sold throughout the United States, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to each individual artist. The income enables women to fund their children’s education, purchase seeds and fertilizer, improve or build homes, cover medical expenses, and support orphans in their care.

All administrative costs are fully covered by generous donations and commissions for church banners and appliquéd hangings, lovingly crafted by Threads of Blessing members in San Antonio.
